It is not actually “cooking,” but this time, I will turn on my stove!
What I am going to show you today is a real Japanese home-made dish called “Tonkatsu.”
Tonkatsu is Japanese pork cutlet, and it may be similar to “schnitzel” in German or Austrian cuisine.
