Japanese Kitchen (1): Introduction

Some days ago, I went to a grocery store and found a free cooking booklet, which introduces some local cuisines in the world, such as “scaloppine” from Italy, “tacos” from Mexico, and so on.

Learning or seeing new things makes people excited, doesn’t it? I got excited to learn some new recipes with interesting spices and seasoning. I feel like I want to further explore an unknown territory of cooking.

At the same time, I started to feel like I want to introduce Japanese food to you in the world.

You may think of sushi, tempura, ramen, etc., when you hear the term “Japanese food,” but I suppose many of you are not familiar with real Japanese home-made meals.

Since it is difficult to go traveling internationally now, I hope you will enjoy reading my recipes.

I will start posting Japanese home-made meal recipes from my next article.
See you next time!
