I was busy watching the Olympic games on TV until last Sunday.

The Olympics are over now, but I still feel like doing exercise, as I was stimulated by great performances of the Olympians!


By the way, I’d like to introduce to you how to make a small paper box today.

As you may know, making things using a sheet of paper is called “origami” in Japanese, so this is an “origami box.”

Many Japanese people who are interested in origami should know how to make a paper “crane,” as well as this paper box.

I often make paper boxes myself, and use them as a small trash can on the desk or table. You can use them as a snack container as well.
