Most of the “Yokozuna” ramen houses are located on busy streets, and they usually have a large parking lot for customers.
Of course, the inside is spacious.
These days, it is getting common that alcohol-based hand sanitizer is prepared on each table to prevent Covid-19.
But there is something very unique about Yokozuna’s services; they serve a jar full of chopped Japanese leek along with ramen, and customers can put the leek on their ramen as much as they want!
The photo below is the ramen I ordered.
This is tonkotsu-and-soy-sauce-based soup. (Tonkotsu means “pork bone.”)
It’s mild and rich in taste.
The noodles are thin, so the soup is well soaked in the noodles with a lot of flavor.
The ramen warmed me up from inside and it made me happy.
But the next day, I decided to go on a diet, because I felt that I should get ready for the next ramen quest!
